With event vendors you often pay for the full service in advance, which can leave one feeling a little uneasy. I had an experience where I accidentally etransferred Eventbooth an additional amount intended for another vendor without realizing it. Christina called me within an hour to notify me of the overpayment and it was later refunded. I greatly appreciated that they were honest and upfront about this matter, it's very reassuring to know that you are dealing with credible people and a reputable company.
On the day of my event, Corinne was punctual, had the booth set up ahead of schedule and did a great job of interacting with the guests. She even bought me a special Birthday Queen tiara! Everyone had fun and was pleased with their printed photos.
Lastly, following my party, Eventbooth sent a digital link to all my photos, so that I received a copy of all the great memories made, which I was also able to share with my guests. Thanks Eventbooth for helping to make my party a success!
